                                                Reflection on the presentations

Presenting has never been a very pleasant experience for me, is does not leave a good taste In your mouth, your heart beat rises, and your hands are sweaty. I simply don’t like that feeling. I am not a shy person when you get to know me. And although I was nervous jut like the rest of the class we all presented amazingly, and quick (emphasis on quick) we pretty much just wanted to end as soon as possible and felt relieved when it was over.

            Group#1

It was an overall friendly group. I like how we all have similar taste yet so different from one another. They were all very supportive and tried to cheer for everyone while they were presenting which make it feel very heart warming and also less pressured. Everyone was respectful and responsible, which make it easier to work together. They were also very creative, with their slides I have to say I was impressed and inspired me to do the same with mine. We may had some problems getting the audio from the videos to work but we managed to overcome it. Although, we had less time than the other groups, I think we all did an exceptional work and I am proud to say I am part of group 1.

            Group #2

Their presentation was extraordinary as well. I liked the way they introduced everything in a minimalistic way. giving space to hear them instead of reading a ton of information, they discussed about the different type of groups, the characteristics in healthy groups and also the strategies to manage group conflict. The videos that they presented were perfect for the topics and straight to the point making easy to digest.

Group #3

I enjoyed their presentation. very well planned and clean work. They talked about leadership and problem solving, both topic being key in todays society and essential for us because we are in a stage where we constantly work in teams that needs leaders and problem solving skills. What I liked the most about this presentation was to hear each member to talk about what characteristics a leader should have. I liked how Sandra presented the seven sins of deadly meetings, she explained it very clearly and the tips she gave to ensure a meeting can go as smoothly as possible. And although this group had technical issues just like the rest of us, it was an overall great job.

In conclusion every group did an amazing job with their presentation. We all managed to finish our job in time and well organized. I learned a bit more about my classmates and got to make new friends with my team members.  The fact that we accidentally met each other makes it better because it took out the pressure of awkwardly asking questions and we focused on working as a team while getting to now the other person, and it turns out we all connected pretty well. It was an interesting assignment to do.
